Slow But Steady - Weight Loss Wednesday #1
Good morning guys and girls!
This is my first health & weight loss update of the year, I didn't want to do them monthly and fill the channel with fitness and weight loss so I thought I do them every 2/3 months.
I've been following "dirty keto" which basically means I don't eat carbs but don't track everything religiously and eat processed foods/drinks like garlic sausage and pepsi max for instance, clean keto is just that, fresh meat and veg and that's basically it! I'm not down with that haha
I've joined the gym and started walking on the treadmill increasing it slowly to a run and do anywhere between 3/5km a time. I've also started constant running on the cross-trainer to improve my stamina which is going well.
In the past couple of months I've completed two 5KM park runs which was really hard but I did them with a combination of running then walking for a few minutes then running again.
And finally! I have lost a total of 10kg/22lbs in the last few months which I'm really happy with, I wish it was going a little faster but slow and steady wins the race right!
